Staff Sergeant Abraham D. Penamedina, Company B, 20th Engineer Battalion. From Los Angeles, California; 32 years old. Killed when his patrol came under sniper fire in Baghdad, Iraq, on April 27, 2004.

Specialist Jaime Moreno, Company B, 20th Engineer Battalion. From Round Lake Beach, Illinois; 28 years old. Died on October 13, 2004, of injuries when a roadside bomb detonated near his patrol vehicle in Baghdad, Iraq, on October 12.



Spc. Michael S. Weger, Company B, 20th Engineer Battalion. From Rochester, New York; 30 years old. Killed when a roadside bomb detonated near his patrol vehicle in Baghdad, Iraq, on October 12, 2004.



Specialist Joshua D. Sheppard, 642nd Engineer Company (Fort Drum), attached to the 20th Engineer Battalion. From Quinton, Oklahoma; 22 years old. Died of wounds suffered when his patrol came in contact with the enemy small arms fire in Baghdad, Iraq, on December 22, 2006.
